Vadivam Heritage is a handcrafted wood carving studio based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. We specialise in creating traditional wooden statues, wall panels, temple carvings, decorative art, and custom wooden pieces using premium timber and time-honoured artisan techniques.

2. Use of Our Website

3. Products & Custom Orders
All our wooden pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As each item is individually made, slight variations in grain, texture, colour, and finish are natural characteristics of wood and are not considered defects.
For custom orders, a detailed consultation will take place before work commences. An advance payment may be required to confirm the order. Estimated timelines will be communicated but may vary depending on complexity and material availability. Once a custom piece has been commissioned and work has begun, cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for custom orders are provided upon enquiry and are subject to change based on materials, size, and complexity.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of order. Full payment or final balance must be settled before delivery or collection. We are not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the product type, packing requirements, courier availability, and destination. Shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch and are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the courier. We recommend inspecting all deliveries at the time of receipt and reporting any damage promptly.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items damaged in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund upon verification. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless there is a demonstrable defect in craftsmanship. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days. Natural wood characteristics are not grounds for return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, designs, text, logos, and photographs — is the intellectual property of Vadivam Heritage. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any content without our written consent. You may share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vadivam Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
